In 2019, former NFL Pro Bowler DeAngelo Hall and Master Barber Marques Blackmon launched Parlor Twenty Three, an Upscale multicultural barbershop located in Loudoun County, Ashburn, Va. What started as an ordinary barber-client conversation, eventually grew into a joint business venture. Our team consist of master barbers who take pride in their craft and are well equipped to serve a variety of clients.
